We recently completed the installation of an automatic SatKing Orbit satellite system on a mobile home here in Tasmania. The client wanted a reliable way to receive TV channels while travelling across regional and remote areas, without needing to manually adjust the dish each time they stopped.
To meet their needs, we installed the fully automatic SatKing Orbit satellite system directly onto the roof of the mobile home. This system is ideal for travellers, as it automatically locks onto the correct satellite signal with the push of a button making it incredibly easy to use.
We ensured the system was securely mounted and fully sealed against the elements, with careful routing of the cable through the roof cavity. The wiring was protected with flexible conduit and neatly fastened along the roof to avoid damage while in transit. We also tested the setup thoroughly to ensure the system was operational and ready to go.
The result is a hassle-free solution that allows the client to enjoy satellite TV no matter where the road takes them, whether they’re camping off-grid or parked at a caravan park.
