A client in Kellevie was struggling with weak mobile phone reception throughout their property. Like many rural and semi-rural areas in Tasmania, coverage was patchy at best and made it difficult to rely on mobile calls or data for work and personal use.
To resolve this, we installed a Celfi mobile phone booster system designed specifically to enhance mobile signal strength in areas with poor coverage. The system included a high-gain directional outdoor antenna, securely mounted on a rooftop mast with guy wire supports to handle strong winds and keep the installation stable.
The antenna was then connected to an indoor repeater unit that redistributes the strengthened signal throughout the home. The system was tested thoroughly and optimised to ensure the strongest possible connection across the living and working spaces.
The end result was a significant improvement in mobile coverage, making calls clearer and data connections more reliable. The client can now stay connected without needing to rely solely on Wi-Fi or landlines.
