Kress Robotic Automation System Installed in Derwent Park
Our team recently completed the installation of a Kress robotic automation system on a commercial rooftop in Derwent Park. This project involved the setup of a satellite positioning antenna, custom mast mounting, and internal control unit installation to enable precise robotic guidance across a large operational area.
Precision-Mounted for Maximum Accuracy
The Kress system required elevated positioning with a clear line of sight for GPS signal acquisition. We engineered a solid rooftop mast support to ensure absolute stability in all weather conditions. Stainless steel fixings, guide braces, and custom cable runs were used to ensure longevity and clean routing of all connections.
Clean Internal Cabinet Setup
All internal electronics were housed in a secure, ventilated control cabinet with proper cable management. Power, data, and antenna feeds were neatly configured, allowing for easy servicing and future upgrades.
