We recently completed a full CCTV security camera installation at a residential property in Lindisfarne, using a high-quality Reolink WiFi camera system. These cameras were selected for their excellent HD image quality, mobile accessibility, and motion detection features.
The homeowners wanted comprehensive surveillance across all entry points and external areas of their property. After a detailed site inspection, we installed four outdoor-rated PTZ cameras (pan, tilt, zoom) with wide-angle lenses to minimise blind spots. Each camera was positioned to cover a specific zone ensuring visibility in the front entry, side path, rear yard, and driveway.
The installation process involved securing the cameras to exterior walls and eaves, with careful attention to weatherproofing, cable routing, and unobtrusive placement. All wiring was sealed and protected for long-term outdoor use.
We integrated the system with the client’s existing WiFi network and set up the Reolink mobile app, allowing for live viewing, playback, and instant motion alerts from anywhere. We also provided guidance on how to use the system, adjust settings, and manage footage.
